Big news!

We're opening our own butcher shop and local-foods market!  At the shop's helm is Greg Rhoad, pictured in orange with lamb producer Fiona Harrar, of Meadowood Farms.  Greg is a chef with an impressive background and a passion for getting our great meat and other local products out into the CNY community.  Side Hill Farmers Meats and Market, located in Manlius, has a target opening date of mid-June.  Keep your eyes on our Facebook page for more info.

SHF is planning to build its own processing facility.  If you're a farmer who might be interested in having your USDA-stamped meat made into your own cooked or seasoned products, we want to hear from you.  Here's the survey, just clink on this link.
